The cellar of the Crotto dei Platani restaurant is a natural cave that holds about 400 labels, meticulously selected and carefully preserved in the ancient crotto, where the internal temperature does not vary and the wines rest in the heart of the mountain. Our guests, in addition to being able to choose from a wide variety of wines, sparkling wines & champagnes, can request the opening with the sommelier ‘s saber.
